All items ordered on www.buyers.ge will be delivered throughout Tbilisi by Buyers and its partner company Nova Poshta.
The transportation fee will be GEL 5 in Tbilisi. If the order exceeds GEL 150 the delivery will be free of charge.
All pre-ordered items are checked. Every item undergoes quality control before the delivery.
The ordered items will be delivered according to the following schedule:
| Orders from 09:00 am to 03:00 pm | The item will be delivered on the same day from 03:30 pm to 09:30 pm | 5₾ |
| The item will be delivered on the same day from 03:30 pm to 09:30 pm | The item will be delivered on the following day from 10:00 am to 07:00 pm | 5₾ |
| Express order | The item will be delivered within 2 hours after the order has been made | 15₾ |
The recipient should check the item on-site and the delivery should be confirmed by signature.
If the item has any defects the recipient should contact Buyers on the phone number: 2 30 10 00 while the courier is still on-site.
The policy of returning or exchanging are determined by the seller. Detailed information is available in the section Return Policy of every item.

We do not return cosmetics, lingerie, swimwear and socks. All returned products must have tags and must be unused.
