How to use: These luminous shadows can be applied with rms beauty powder eye shadow brush or sponge tip applicator. For more color impact, simply moisten your brush with water and mix directly to shadow. Can also be used as a powder eye liner or eyebrow filler using both wet or dry. Swift Shadows are not held together with glue or chemicals, so be gentle when transporting and treat respectfully.
